64,000-case winery, established in 1978 by the Andrus family, present owners. The estate comprises an old building which was formerly the Luigi Domeniconi Winery, and a more modern structure in which the winery is currently housed. Approximately 50 acres of vineyards are located at the winery, and another 170 acres are in the Carneros district, the Stag’s Leap and Oak Knoll areas, and Rutherford. Vintage-dated varietal wines produced are Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chenin Blanc. Shaded picnic area on premises, and hiking trail to Pine Ridge. Tasting and sales daily 10.30am-4.30pm; tours featuring barrel tastings by appointment, daily at 10.00am, 12.00pm and 2.00pm.
